On Thursday, September 17th, I headed to Savannah for Katie and Cal's wedding weekend. The festivities started on Friday morning with a bridesmaids luncheon at Vic's On the River. We had a great time catching up and visiting with Katie's family. That evening I attended the rehearsal dinner at Old Fort Jackson on the Savannah River. The band "Little Brown Peach" played great music and there were great oysters! I miss eating oysters out here in Colorado!!! On Saturday, I arrived at the bridesmaids headquarters around 11:00 to get ready for the wedding. We had a great time chatting and drinking mimosas. The wedding took place at Bull Street Baptist church and the reception was at the Charles Morris Center. I had a great time! Congrats Katie and Cal!

Kristina Train and Chris Isaac Concert 8-16-09
Last night Joey and I went to see Kristina Train open for Chris Isaac. Kristina went to high school with me and grew up in Savannah. The concert was at the Chatfield Botanical Gardens south of Denver. The venue was great because you could bring your own blanket and food to see the entertainment. Check out the pics and the videos!

Visit to Savannah June-July 2009
I had the opportunity to go to Savannah this summer and visit with family and friends. I had a great time and enjoyed laying by the pool and going to the beach. I have posted some pictures from the pool, 4th of July activities, and my mom's birthday. Enjoy!

June 2009 - School is OUT!
I am so happy that school is out and summer is here! We have finally taken some pictures, so I decided to update the blog. About two weeks ago, Patrick Kistler came out to Colorado for a summer vacation and to attend golf camp at the Air Force Academy. We went to a Rockies game last weekend, and of course they lost to the Padres. We sat in the rock pile, which are the cheap seats out in center field. Joey and I got fried. It was the first sunny day this spring and our white, pastey skin was in shock.
This past Sunday, Joey and I drove Patrick down to Colorado Springs to check him in to golf camp at the Air Force Academy. His room had an awesome view of the mountains and the chapel. Check out the pictures below.
I am looking forward to the rest of my summer. I will be in Savannah for about three weeks and look forward to catching up with family and friends. Keep in touch!

Breckenridge (March 1, 2009)
Today Joey and I went to Breckenridge for a day of skiing. We lucked out because the weather was warm. The temperature was 60 degrees when we got back to the car. We had a great day skiing and got some good pictures and videos.
